Penrith Stationers is an independent stationery and gifts brand based in Penrith — the Gateway to the Lake District — and everything we make is designed with genuine love for the area. From hand-drawn map postcards and embroidered walking patches to our much-loved Wainwrights Pencil Set, our products are the kind of thing that Lake District visitors actively seek out: locally rooted, thoughtfully made, and a little different from the usual souvenir fare.

As a wholesale stockist, you'll receive up to 50% off the recommended retail price, with a low minimum order value of just £20 to get started. Whether you run a bookshop, a gallery, a farm shop, or a visitor attraction, we'd love our products to find a home on your shelves — and we'll make the process of stocking them as straightforward as possible.

Let's Work Together!

We want stocking Penrith Stationers to be as easy as possible, so here's everything you need to know about how we work.

Getting started: There's no minimum number of products to order — just a minimum order value of £20, which keeps things simple for everyone.

Paying for your order: We'll include an invoice with every delivery and send a digital copy by email at the same time. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt, though you're always welcome to pay upfront with a debit/credit card through the checkout if that works better for you.

Keeping things running smoothly: We ask that invoices are settled on time so we can keep delivering reliably to all our stockists. If payments become consistently late, we may need to ask for payment in advance on future orders — we'd always flag this with you first.

Delivery: Most orders are with you within 10 working days, and it's often sooner than that. For larger orders we may need a little extra time, but we'll always let you know. Depending on where you are, we deliver via Royal Mail, DPD, or — if you're within 10 miles of Penrith — we may even drop it off ourselves.

Out of stock items: If something you need is showing as out of stock on the website, just drop us a message — we may well be able to help.

When your order arrives: Please give your delivery a once-over when it arrives and let us know within 10 days if anything isn't right. We'll always do our best to sort it quickly.
