Terms & Conditions

• Minimum order value is £20.00
• Invoices are to be paid within 21 days of receipt and copies will be included with each delivery. Digital versions will also be emailed at time of ordering. 
• Orders can be paid in advance through the usual checkout if preferred.
• If a track record of late invoice payment emerges, payment will be required in full before delivery on all subsequent orders. 
• Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the time of order, though it is often shorter! Larger orders may require more time, but you will be advised of this when your order is received.
• Deliveries will either be made by DPD, Royal Mail (for small orders), or Penrith Stationers representatives (if within 10 miles of Penrith).
• If an item you require is out of stock on the website, please get in touch directly. 
• Once received, please check your delivery thoroughly and report any issues to us within 10 days of delivery.
