How do I customise my wedding stationery?
Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch directly to confirm your wording. In the case of custom photos (on thank you cards, for example), please send a high-resolution format to hello@penrithstationers.co.uk, quoting your order number in the subject bar.
Proofs of all stationery will be sent for approval before anything goes to print. These should be checked over in detail for any errors, as refunds are not possible once the printing begins.
How long will my order take?
Once your proofs are approved, your order will take around 10 working days to be delivered. All wedding stationery deliveries will be couriered by DPD, and fully tracked from start to finish.
Do you have a sample pack I can see?
This is something we're actively working on, so please keep your eyes peeled, or send us a message and we'll see what we can do!
Wedding Stationery Discounts
Discounts are automatically applied for wedding stationery orders, depending on the number purchased. The percentage discounts are shown below:
- 25 items: 50% off
- 50 items: 60% off
- 75 items: 70% off
- 100 items: 80% off
Please note: a minimum order of 10 items applies for personalised stationery.
